I used the pay at the pump feature to get gas and now I notice a charge on my account much greater than my actual purchase amount.  What should I do?
Some merchants place a hold on funds for convenience purchases.  This amount may range from $50 to $150.  The hold should show as “pending” and will drop off your account and not actually post as a real transaction.  The actual amount of your purchase should post to the account instead of the held amount.  The best way to avoid this hold is to pay the attendant before pumping your gas.

The Bank does not have record of your debit card PIN.  You can continue to use your debit card as “credit” for purchases that won’t require a PIN.  To get a new PIN for your card, you can visit your local branch with your debit card or call Card Holder Services at 800-290-7893.
